2007 VERMENTINO- CEDAR LANE VINEYARD-ARROYO SECO
Vermentino is a variety most often associated with Sardinia, Corsica and Liguria. It has appealing aromas of pears and citrus and a smooth palate balanced by mouthwatering acidity. It is late ripening in this cool site allowing the development of complex and elegant flavors. 195 cases produced in 2007.

2007 SAUVIGNON BLANC–CEDAR LANE VINEYARD-ARROYO SECO
This wine is 100% Sauvignon Blanc Musque from Cedar Lane Vineyard. This variety produces a wine with intense honeydew melon, white peach and citrus aromas and clean refreshing flavors when grown in the cool windy climate and sandy cobblestone soils of the Arroyo Seco region. 194 cases produced in 2007.

2006 ROUSSANNE – CM RANCH VINEYARD-CARMEL VALLEY
This Rhone style white has a fine balance of fruit and mineral character with a long finish.  Lemon peel and beeswax aromas and flavors predominate in this medium bodied wine grown in the mountains of Carmel Valley.  87% Roussanne, 8% Vermentino and 5% Sauvignon Blanc Musque. 280 cases produced in 2006.

2004 SYRAH – CM RANCH VINEYARD-CARMEL VALLEY
This is an intense Rhone style red with deep blackberry, plum, vanilla and licorice flavors. The texture is rich, full and lasting in this wine grown in the mountains of Carmel Valley. This wine is built to age.  90% Syrah, 5% Grenache and 5% Mourvedre. 182 cases produced in 2004. To be released 9/1/2008

2005 SYRAH – CEDAR LANE VINEYARD-ARROYO SECO
This 100% Syrah is a mixture of 6 clones grown in the sandy cobblestone soils of the Arroyo Seco AVA. It has aromas of violets and mocha with a hint of black pepper and minerality. The mouthfeel features full but round tannins and a smooth finish. 295 cases produced in 2005.

2006 PINOT NOIR-CEDAR LANE/F&G VINEYARDS ARROYO SECO
A blend of two adjoining vineyards farmed by the same grower, this wine has beautiful cherry and berry aromas with a background of dried herbs. The mouthfeel is silky with a long clean finish. 203 cases produced in 2006.

2006 ROSE’ – ARROYO SECO
A blend of Syrah and Pinot Noir juices produced by the saignee’ method and fermented at cool temperatures in stainless steel. This wine combines bright fruit character with crisp acidity making it a refreshing warm weather companion to spicier foods. 102 cases produced in 2007.
